Well Hello Blogsurfers and Friends!
How is life treating you?? Things have been a bit stressful for me lately, but I'm going ok right now really. School is being very boring atm, and I'm totally anticipating the end. I guess that's what happens when you hit Year 12 and your counting down the days. But I have my QCS Test in 2 weeks and right now I have about 3 assignments due. Its mayhem!! But I'm sure it will be worth it.
I'm really becoming annoyed with people atm, especially younger girls. I guess now that I've matured alot, I don't quite understand how girls are acting. Little girls around 12-14 are showing off their bodies like they do it for a living these days, and I find it quite shocking really. It never used to be that way, and even though Im 17 and it wasn't long ago that I was their age, I certainly wasn't flaunting my body the way that they do. They are really going to regret it later on, and I don't know how they think it accomplishs anything, all it gets them is a guy that isn't interested in their personality. My little friends, to snag a really nice guy, you don't show off your body, you show off your personality. And even though you might think your outgoing and that showing your stuff is being outgoing, it only downgrades you in the end, and you build a reputation. I know a few people who used to do the things these girls do, and now they fully regret all that they did. It didn't get them anywhere, just very hurt and sorry about it all. So please leave your clothes on girls! And flash some purly whites instead!!
I received a government letter in the mail yesterday. It's my form to enrol to vote, as I will be 18 next year. It's made me think at how the election is going atm, with Johnny Howard and the rest of the bigwigs, lol I guess people that don't live in Australia wouldn't know who they are, but John Howard is our prime minister and at the moment, there is an election going on to see who is going to win and be the new prime minister, if Johnny Howard gets kicked off. For me, I'm not really into politics but I do think JH has done many bad mistakes during his time as prime minister, and it's time for him to step down and let Kevin Rudd have a go. Who cares if he went into a strip club last week, jeez, he's just a human being like every single one of us. I'm sure he wasn't drunk when he was working, so what's the big iffy about it? But yes, the government hasn't been doing very well with keeping Australia all good and organised lately. Building dams ain't gonna make the water go in them, and closing down hospitals isn't gonna make the hospital problems any better. We need somebody who's gonna come in, fix it all up and keep it fixed. I think JH has only stuffed things up more since he went on, especially since he's gotten older and lost a few more hairs. Poor JH is stressed =( He must retire. lol
i watched the Diana documentary at my sisters the other week. Quite an interesting yet very depressing documentary, which I quite honestly think should not have been aired for public viewing. Diana passed away terribly a while ago now, and I think we should give her the respect atleast of keeping her secrets closed. To me she was a wonderful person with a big heart, and she was treated terribly by the royal family. She had a wonderful last week of her life, and it was the media that led her to her death, even if the driver was a bit over the limit. Let's just remember her for who she was, a beautiful mother and female leader, and that's it. RIP Diana.
I think that's enough of my opinion for one day. I must get back to studying and completing my assignments. I hope everybody is well! I will be taking requests in a few weeks! I will let you all know when that happens!
